Crafters
and Artisans Market
The
Merion Village Association will hold their 15th Annual Crafters
& Artisans Market on Saturday, October 6th, from 9 a.m. to
3 p.m. at Gates-Fourth United Methodist Church, located at 1234
S. Fourth Street.
As
always, there will be a wide variety of vendors, a Great White
Elephant Sale, and of course, the silent auction. Carol's Café
will once again be open, with Carol providing you with her wonderful
pies and delectable sandwiches.
The
Committee is busy collecting items for the Silent Auction, but
we can always use more. If you would like to donate to the Auction,
or you know of a business or someone who would like to donate
an item, please contact the Association at 614-444-3144.
If
you plan on doing a little late Spring cleaning and would like
to donate your gently-used items to our White Elephant, be sure
to bring the items to Gates-Fourth on Thursday, October 4th from
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. only. Donations will not be accepted any other
time.
As
you all know, this event is one of the major fundraisers for
the Association. It helps towards the upkeep of the storefront,
as well as the publishing costs of the newsletter. It takes all
of us to make the event a success. So, if you can contribute
to the event in any way, or if you have any questions concerning
the event, please call 614-444-3144.
If
you have any questions concerning the event, please contact crafters@merionvillage.org.
