Submissions

The Merion Villager reserves the right to reject, cancel or edit any submission. Each submission should include a name, address and an evening phone number.

To submit an article:

  • E-mail to the Newsletter Committee
    • Microsoft Word (.doc) or text file (.txt)
  • Drop off at the MVA Information Center.
    • Typed or handwritten. It must be legible.

To submit an advertisement (must be prepaid):

  • E-mail to the Newsletter Committee
    • High-resolution PDF.
    • Photoshop EPS, TIFF, JPG. At least 300 dpi.
    • Adobe Illustrator. Fonts converted to path and saved as an EPS.
  • Drop off at the MVA Information Center.
    • Electronic file on a CD. Disc will not be returned.
    • Good quality printout. This will be scanned. We cannot guarantee the quality.
