The Association meets on the first Wednesday of every month. (Except in December when the meeting is replaced with a community potluck and bake sale) The Merion Village Block Watch/Safety Meeting begins at 6:30 PM and is then followed by the Association Meeting, beginning promptly at 7:15 PM. Meetings are held in the basement of St. Paul UCC located at 225 E Gates St, Columbus, OH 43206. (PLEASE NOTE: Beginning September 6, 2017, monthly meetings will permanently return to the Merion Village Info. Center at 1330 S. Fourth Street, Columbus, OH 43206.) All interested parties, members or not, are welcome to attend.

The Merion Village Association Constitution allows absentee voting on issues and elections under certain circumstances. Current members of the MVA may request absentee voting for a specific issue or election by completing the official request form available below:
