FITNESS IN THE PARK
Since 2020, the MVA has been hosting weekly fitness in the park classes in the spring and summer months which have included various forms of yoga and HIIT. These classes are possible thanks to a wonderful community of volunteer instructors. We suggest that participants attending classes make a donation of $5-$10 directly to the instructor at each class in thanks for their time.
