MVA INFO CENTER EVENT SPACE

The MVA Info Center is located at 1330 S. Fourth Street, Columbus, OH 43206. The MVA holds a variety of meetings and events here, but when the space is not in use by the MVA, it is available for hourly reservation/rental by the community.

The Info Center has a single room, open floor plan, and includes a private restroom.​
  • The space can comfortably host groups of 25-30 adults for meeting and seated events. (due to space and bathroom limitations and a requirement to keep music or audio volumes low, the space is not suited for dance parties or non-seated events for more than 15-20 adults.)
  • Includes (6) 6-foot folding tables and (34) chairs, which can be used during your event.
  • Includes 1 private, non-ADA restroom. 
  • The space DOES NOT include kitchen facilities, except for a small mini-fridge. (no microwave or kitchen sink.)
  • Onsite WiFi is available for use during your reservation.
  • Current members of the MVA may reserve the space at no cost up to 6 times per membership year.
  • Non-members and members who have exceeded 6 rentals during their membership year can rent the Info Center at a rate of $15 per hour (minimum 2-hours).
  • All reservations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the rental date. Pre-payment of any associated fees is required at the time of booking.

Use our booking tool to reserve the Info Center for your event!​
  • The space can only be accessed during your scheduled reservation time. If you'll need additional time to set up or clean up, include that time when selecting the number of hours you'd like to reserve.
  • To qualify for free use of the space, your MVA membership must be active at the time of reservation and the intended date of use and must not exceed your free 6 uses within your membership year. You can verify your membership status here. If you are not a member, pre-payment for use of the space will be required.
  • Reservations canceled less than 7 days before the date reserved are not eligible for a refund of the rental fees.
  • If you book the space, you'll receive access information 24 hours before your scheduled reservation.

June 2021 (Baby Shower): "I utilized the Merion Village Info Center to host a baby shower.  It was lovely.  The space is easy to get to with ample street parking.  We used the Info Center's tables and brought decor to create a lively space for the event!"
