MVA INFO CENTER EVENT SPACE

The MVA Info Center is located at 1330 S. Fourth Street, Columbus, OH 43206. The MVA holds a variety of meetings and events here, but when the space is not in use by the MVA, it is available for hourly reservation/rental by the community.

The Info Center has a single room, open floor plan and includes a private restroom.​
  • The space can comfortably host groups of 20-25 adults for most events and up to 35 adults for basic meetings.
  • Includes (6) 6-foot folding tables and (34) chairs which can be used during your event.
  • Includes 1 private, non-ADA restroom. 
  • The space DOES NOT include kitchen facilities. (no refrigerator, microwave or kitchen sink.)
  • At this time, the Info Center does not offer internet service.
  • Current members of the MVA may reserve the space at no cost.
  • Non-members can rent the Info Center at a rate of $15 per hour (minimum 2-hours).
  • All reservations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the rental date. Pre-payment of any associated fees is required at the time of booking.

Use our booking tool to reserve the Info Center for your event!​
  • The space can only be accessed during your scheduled reservation time. If you'll need additional time to setup or cleanup, include that time when selecting the number of hours you'd like to reserve.
  • To qualify for free use of the space, you must be an MVA member for the current calendar year. You can verify your membership status here. If you are not a member, pre-payment for use of the space will be required.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date reserved are not eligible for refund of the pre-paid rental fees.
  • If you book the space, you'll receive access and a usage guide 24 hours before your scheduled reservation.

June 2023 (Birthday Party): "This is such a perfect space for anyone in Merion Village to use for an event or gathering (in our case, our child’s birthday party). It was so easy to book, the price was beyond reasonable, and it had all the basics we needed for a party, including tables, chairs, and a bathroom. The Merion Village Association was so great to work with, too. Highly recommended!"

June 2021 (Baby Shower): "I utilized the Merion Village Info Center to host a baby shower.  It was lovely.  The space is easy to get to with ample street parking.  We used the Info Center's tables and brought decor to create a lively space for the event!"
